Nikos Aristopoulos
Mental Health Counselor
Hello, I’m Nikos, and I’m here to remind you that you don’t have to go through everything on your own.
As a Mental Health Counselor, I work with empathy, acceptance, and honesty. I have been trained in the Integrative Model of Psychotherapy, an approach that allows me to adapt to what you truly need — without stereotypes or “magical solutions.” I am also specialized in the Biopsychosocial Approach and CBT, combining mind, body, and environment in the therapeutic process.
Some of the topics we often work on together:
🌿 Trauma therapy – with modern methods such as EMDR, to process difficult experiences safely
⚡ ADHD – support in understanding, acceptance, and organizing daily life
😰 Anxiety disorders – when the mind doesn’t stop racing or panic attacks steal your breath
🪞 Self-esteem & identity – exploring who you are, free from guilt, “shoulds,” and fears
🌈 LGBTQ+ topics – An important part of my work is supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, with expertise in issues of gender, sexuality, acceptance, and identity, with complete respect, knowledge, and without any judgment.
For me, therapy is a safe space where you can be yourself. To feel, to express, to get angry, to laugh, to relax, to wonder. There are no rights or wrongs here – only you and your journey.
Whether you are going through a difficult time, seeking deeper self-understanding, or wanting to connect more with yourself and feel it’s time to take better care of you, I am here to listen and to move forward together with honesty and care.
