Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

E.F.T. (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a technique developed by psychologist Dr. Roger Callahan. The main theoretical principle of E.F.T. is that the cause of all negative emotions comes from a disharmony in the body's energy system.


Negative or unhealthy emotions, such as guilt, fear, anger, etc., are created due to an energetic disharmony in the individual. Its restoration can be achieved through the body's energy meridians, with gentle rhythmic tapping on specific points of the meridians.


These taps activate the flow of energy in the meridians and, combined with the other elements of E.F.T. techniques, lead to the discharge and release of this disharmony.


E.F.T. is effective even in cases where the individual unconsciously resists their own improvement. It has a way of overcoming almost all internal obstacles without relying on willpower.
